Overview of the Trek

The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek is one of the most popular trekking routes in Nepal, known for its incredible diversity of landscapes, cultures, and breathtaking mountain views. This moderate trek takes you through charming Gurung villages, lush rhododendron forests, and terraced farmlands, eventually leading to the Annapurna Sanctuary, a natural amphitheater surrounded by towering peaks.

Highlights include panoramic views of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Hiunchuli, and Gangapurna. The trail offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural immersion, making it a truly unforgettable experience for trekkers of all levels.

The best seasons for this trek are spring (March-May) when rhododendrons are in bloom, and autumn (September-November) for clear skies and moderate temperatures.
